Looking down from the lower slopes of Hey Edge. The campsite in the clearing of the trees to the right, Torside Clough is the cutting in the hill on the other side of the valley

From the slopes of Westend Moss with bleaklow on the other side of the water and the edge of Kinder Scout also just visible

The summit of Black Hill surrounded by peat which is slowly being washed away. The OS trig point is now supported by a stone foundation. The pathway you can see preventing further erosion of the peat and follows the route of the Pennine Way
